Why We Built This Site
Georgia gives the public access to many court and public records, but Toombs County records do not all sit in one database. The Clerk of Court manages Superior, State, Juvenile, and Magistrate records from the courthouse in Lyons. Probate Court handles estates, guardianships, marriage licenses, vital records functions, and weapons carry licenses. The Sheriff's Office manages jail, booking, warrant-service, sex-offender, and sheriff open-records material. Lyons and Vidalia municipal courts handle city citations and ordinance cases.
